It’s no coincidence that LeBron James is #23 — he chose his uniform number to honor his favorite player.
But as of today, LBJ has officially requested to change his number from #23 to the less-heralded #6, calling for the league-wide retirement of Michael Jordan’s number. From the outside, it seems that LeBron has nothing but respect for MJ. But we here at the GSF know that their relationship is a bit more complicated than that…
